As a spiritual coach and certified hypnotist, I often work with people who are facing tests. I help students develop the skills and confidence to excell in studies, pass tests, defend theses, interview for jobs, get jobs, express their gifts into the world, and even enjoy the process!
I have coached folks taking all kinds of tests: BAs, masters, doctorates, real estate broker, nurse aneasthesiologist and police officer exams, job interviews, auditions, the list goes on. Perhaps most dramatic was my military client. He came to me for mental toughness and endurance he knew he’d need to pass the grueling achieve Army Ranger test. He was going to need to do complex problem-solving on very little sleep and food, while performing incredibly hard physical tasks for weeks. He wanted to pass the test, but more than that, he wanted to be a leader and to help other young men find their strength. He wanted to remember that he was not alone, and to learn to tap into spiritual resouces.
All of us who take tests, which is to say everybody (are we not all learners?) share to some degree or other the erroneous belief in separation from Source. As we prepare for test-taking, we do plenty of nitty-gritty work with study and test-taking techniques. But the single most powerful lesson any one of us can learn is that we are loved and supported beyond measure.
When we know this, we can relax and much more easily access factual information from the brain and infinite information stored in the collective mind. We can call upon univeral energy to supply us with what we need, even in extreme situations like Ranger school, health, or financial challenges or other life changes when we may be severely tested.
How do we remember and access the support that is there for us? Abundance Triggers! Whether or you are curently involved in formal education, or are facing a metaphorical test of some kind, ask yourself, "What am I learning? What gifts and strengths would I like to develop in order to succeed? "
